Summary

With over a million+ orders per day and more than 2 million daily users, Talabat is one of the most well-known food ordering and delivery service in the Middle East. It operates as a mobile app and website, providing a platform where customers can order their daily essentials. As a Lead Designer at Talabat, my scope covers product, people and process. I actively participate in setting OKR’s and co-define product strategies with (business) stakeholders. I collaborate closely with a dedicated research team, conducting qualitative research or bring their findings into the process. As part of people management, I'm responsible for a proficient design team ensuring that collective efforts are aligned with overarching objectives. I'm also passionately involved in the execution of design, contributing to the design system to ensure consistency across the e2e customer journey.
